Processing Times

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

  • During peak seasons or sales, processing may take a little longer.

Where We Ship From

We ship from our Hong Kong and partnered international warehouses to deliver efficiently worldwide.

Estimated Delivery Times

Typical delivery windows after your order ships (varies by destination and customs):

  • USA & Canada: 2–4 weeks

  • UK & EU: 2–4 weeks

  • Australia & New Zealand: 2–4 weeks

  • Asia: 1–3 weeks

  • Other Regions: 3–5 weeks

Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

  • Free shipping may be available during promotions—watch for banners at the top of the site.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order departs our warehouse.

  • Tracking updates may take 2–4 business days to appear after dispatch.

Address Changes & Order Edits

  • We can edit or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees may apply.

Split Shipments

To get items to you faster, your order may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Prices on our site are listed tax-free in USD.

  • Import duties, taxes, and fees (if any) are charged by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Orvionsol is not responsible for customs delays.

Late or Missing Orders

  • If your order hasn’t arrived 30 days after shipping, contact us—we’ll help with a replacement or refund.

  • For fastest support, include your order number and tracking link.

Damaged or Defective Items

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Items marked as pre-order or backorder ship once available. Your confirmation email will include the latest ETA.

Business Days & Holidays

We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed then will process on the next business day.
